Mike joined Young’s Floor Covering in 2015 and has become a prominent member of our sales team. His many years of experience in flooring and sales makes his position an easy fit. Mike prides himself on growing a professional and positive work environment that prides itself on being the best flooring company on the north coast.

Pete Spieldenner

Sales Team Leader/Sales

Pete joined Young’s over 38 years ago! He began his career working part-time while he attended school. His many years of experience in flooring and sales make his position a natural spot for him and Young’s. He enjoys working with customers. He takes pride in growing the business with local contractors, home builders, and property managers throughout the area.


Julie Fernandes

Interior Designer

Julie joined the team over 25 years ago! She is well-versed in interior design and will help make your house a home. Her favorite part about working for Young's is being part of such a diverse sales team that includes members from each of our three locations.

Interior Designer

Cindy has been in the flooring business for over 30 years and has made a huge impact on our customer's experiences by utilizing her extensive industry knowledge.
